To enhance children and teenagers’ understanding, care and active engagement in social affairs, Seedland Education Charitable Foundation organized “Hong Kong Top Ten Favourite Landmarks Election and Paper Model Design Competition – in Celebration of the 10th Anniversary of the Handover” for children and teenagers of the age of 4 to 18. Fully supported by all kindergartens, primary and secondary schools in Hong Kong as well as seven charitable organizations, such as The Boys’ & Girls’ Clubs Association of Hong Kong, Po Leung Kuk, Children’s Cancer Foundation, Pok Oi Hospital, Yan Chai Hospital and Harmony House, the event attracted 200,000 participants, rounded up with a prize presentation ceremony at the Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre.

“Hong Kong Top Ten Favourite Landmarks Election and Paper Model Design Competition – in Celebration of the 10th Anniversary of the Handover” invited 44 notable figures in society including government officials, members of the Legislative Council and the Executive Council, social leaders, professionals and artists to be consultants of the campaign (listed in alphabetical order):
